I confess I started cleaning my house and stopped half way so I could take a nap and never got back into cleaning again.
I confess I gave up on my 30 day picture challenge because I got tired of it and have way too many other things to do.
I confess I have to make sure the toilet paper rips perfectly before I wipe. I will also take to much if it's towards the end of the roll because I hate only leaving like 6 sheets for the next person.
I confess I have felt like crap lately because my face has decided to take a turn for the worst and it's starting to take beauty advice from a PIZZA!
I confess Derek and I talked about wanting to try for another baby starting the end of April and it scares the crap out of me.
I confess I turned off my auto play for my music so "Kiss me, I'm sh*tfaced" wouldn't blare out of my grandmothers speakers while she reads my blog. Sorry Grandma.
I confess I'm about to turn off my facebook account because I'm so tired of reading all the stupid status updates and updates about how they hate their "baby momma" or "baby daddy." Not to mention I'm tired of getting my butt chewed for my crewed sense of humor.
I confess I have already eaten 2 boxes of girl scout cookies already. Don't judge.

A friend of mine and Derek's (well it's actually one of Derek's friends wives that I got to know pretty well before they moved) Mallory @ A Day in the Life... awarded me with a blog award. How sweet! I miss getting to hang out with her and Kody and of course their two fur babies Jax and Bo. I know Mal and I used to cringe when the boys would talk about all the trouble they would get into when they were younger so it's nice to know I'm not by myself when it comes to loving an idiot. Haha.
2. I love pin up girls and old pin up style clothing from the 40's and 50's
3. I hate soda. The only kind I will drink is Dr Pepper and it's in very small amounts over long periods of time.
4. I love to decorate my house but I hate to clean unless I'm really in the mood to clean.
5. I'm infatuated with Kat Von D and Avenged Sevenfold.
6. I just celebrated my 3rd wedding anniversary to the biggest mistake of my life (as some people told me it would be) and I couldn't be happier.
7. If I won a million dollars I would probably spend a majority of it on really well done tattoos. At least a few would be from Niko Hurtado, Care Flatmo, Corey Miller, and Kat Von D.
I'm not sure that I even follow 15 blogs hah! Here goes though. I doubt they will even know I nominated some of them. Not in any particular order:
1. Aly at Analyze This
2. Jon and Lindsay at Betz Family Blog
3. Erica at Erica, Jake, Tyler & Storie
4. Ali at Floyd Fabulosity
5 Arah at Kunz Family
6. Leslie at Life Told By Leslie
7. Lauren at Livin' On a Prayer
8. Shaelyne at Meadows Art and Photography
9. Ashley at Our Happily Ever Afters
10 Aly at Analyze This
11. Marti at California Reeds
12. jPo at Crying over Spilled Milk
13. Donna at Donna's Daydreams and Deliberations
14. Heather at Live.Love.Laugh
15. Dan at On Being A Grandpa
Yep that's right. I'm going to cheat. I'm tired of falling behind on this so I'm doing it all at once. I have too many other things to remember to do so I'm checking this off my list and finishing it in one big post. Sorry if I ruined the suspense of learning my favorite nail polish is.
12: picture of something you love
Because this says something and not someone
I love shopping at Victoria's Secret
13: picture of your favorite band/artist
I love Avenged Sevenfold. It doesn't hurt that a few of the band members are dreamy.
14: picture of someone you could never imagine your life without
There are way too many people I could never imagine my life without. I can't pick just one.
15: picture of something you want to do before you die
I want a half sleeve. I don't care what anyone else thinks. I want it even if I'm old and gray when I get it.
16: picture of someone who inspires you
I love Kat Von D. She is an inspiration to me because she started off as nothing more than a 14 year old with a walkman motor and a guitar string and has now made herself into a tattooing icon. I hope to have the talent and success she has doing something everyone else looked down on.
17: picture of something has had an impact on your life recently
The fact that everyone around me is getting closer and closer to graduating at a racing pace and I'm only snailing closer and closer to graduation. That sucks.
18: picture of your biggest insecurity
My stomach is my biggest insecurity for these reasons.
Here is my before belly.
And the after with a diagram of what I hate.
a. the huge "cave" as my sister refers to it as for a belly button that now sticks half out and half in.
b. the fact that it looks like my cat used my belly for a scratching pole
c. the "over hang" as I like to refer to it as when I sit down or bend over
d. the over all pasty-ness of my skin color ALL OVER
I know I'm not fat by any means and I know that I have been working hard on getting a nice looking body again after being a mom but what is a girl to do with this mess? There is no way I'm going under the knife to fix this. So, I guess I'm just stuck with it.
19: picture of you when you were little
Here is me in one of my Grandma B's wigs when I was younger. The scary part is Derek stands just like this too.
20: picture of somewhere you'd love to travel
I would like to go to (in the U.S.) New Orleans. Not during Mardi Gras or anything like that. But just go when it's in the down season.
Outside of the U.S. I would love to go to Turks & Caicos. My dad has friends that live there and it's SO beautiful.
21: picture of something you wish you could forget
There is absolutely nothing that I would like to forget. If you know me you know I'm obsessed with my planner and I write down EVERYTHING. I want to remember EVERYTHING. You can't learn anything if you don't remember it.
22: picture of something you wish you were better at
I wish I was better at playing the violin and piano. I used to be so good when I was younger. I only remember how to play a little bit and I wish I had more time to play now and someone to teach me again.
23: picture of your favorite book
I have a few favorite books.
The first: High Voltage Tattoo by Kat Von D
The Second: Grendel by John Gardner
The Third: The F*ck Up by Arthur Nersesian
The Forth: The Tattoo Chronicles by Kat Von D
The Fifth: Anything by Jenny McCarthy
24: picture of something you wish you could change
I wish Derek would quit smoking. It's so bad for you and it's SO expensive. I would love to change that.
25: picture of your day
I couldn't resist this one. Most of the stuff I do during the day I pretty much hate.
26: picture of your favorite nail polish
27: picture of yourself and a family member
Me and my sister Casey
28: picture of something you're afraid of
I'm pretty sure I have the following:
Aeronausiphobia- Fear of vomiting secondary to airsickness
Arachnophobia- Fear of spiders.
Autodysomophobia- Fear of one that has a vile odor.
Automysophobia- Fear of being dirty.
Bacteriophobia- Fear of bacteria.
Bromidrophobia- Fear of body smells.
Carcinophobia- Fear of cancer.
Cyberphobia- Fear of computers or working on a computer.
I wish I had that
Decidophobia- Fear of making decisions.
Didaskaleinophobia- Fear of going to school.
Dishabiliophobia- Fear of undressing in front of someone.
Emetophobia- Fear of vomiting. YES!!!
Helminthophobia- Fear of being infested with worms.
Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia- Fear of long words.
Not really but I thought it was funny.
"what's wrong with you?"
"I have hipp.. Shut Up! I don't want to talk about it!!!"
"I have hipp.. Shut Up! I don't want to talk about it!!!"
Koniophobia- Fear of dust.
Mysophobia- Fear of being contaminated with dirt or germs.
Obesophobia- Fear of gaining weight.
Ok that's enough. Haha. I'm not really afraid of any of those things. I just worry about the well being of Stratton and Derek mostly. I pray from them every night and hope God takes care and watches over them.
29: picture of your favorite hobby
30: picture of someone you miss
I don't have any digital photos of my Grandpa B. But he is the person I miss the most. I miss him everyday. I wish Stratton could have known him. He was such a great grandpa and a great person.

Sunday was definitely a big day for all of us. Stratton and I had a jam packed day with going to the park, Le Bounce, and Derek and my step Grandpa John's birthday party. We ate dinner and got to chit chat while we ate. Grandma made chicken and noodles with candied carrots, peas, and cranberry sauce. It was SO good. I love grandma Marge's cooking. She's the best. Here are a few pictures of the birthday party. Sorry grandma if you read this but Derek really turned 24 this year. But it's ok because he didn't mind being 23 again.
Before we went to Le Bounce on Sunday I decided to take Stratton to the park because it was SO nice outside. I had to let Casey and Marcus's dog Sage outside along with their friends dog Semore. He's a big ol char pay (sp?) He's so stinking cute. We walked from Casey and Marcus's house to the park and it was a really nice walk. Stratton had me carry him most of the time. Hey at least I got a little bit of exercise. I took a few pictures on the way there and while he played. My dad joined us at the park for a little bit then gave us a ride back to my car. It was so nice to get out in the sunshine since it has been so cold and nasty this week. Here are a few pictures from the walk to the park.
