Stratton got his pictures taken last Friday by Rebecca Moore. She owns Moore's Photography. Here are some of the pictures she took of Stratton. They are SO cute. She did a really great job.
This is by far my favorite picture of the two of us.
He absolutely hated that teacup. He screamed every time we put him in it.
This hat was so cute. He kept grabbing his toes while he was in this bucket.
He couldn't keep his hands or the blanket out of his mouth. Poor little guy is teething once again.
Stratton in Daddy's Boston Red Sox hat. I wish you could see the B better though.
He hated being on his belly for these pictures. It was hard to get any good ones.
Look at that cute little face.
Stratton in his first pair of cowboy boots to match Mommy's cowgirl boots.
He looks SO happy in this picture!
Naked baby! The blanket he is laying on is the one that his Great Grandma Marge made especially for him. Isn't it cute?
My favorite naked butt shot of the little man.

Easter Bunny
Yesterday Stratton and I went to the mall to get his pictures taken with the Easter Bunny. We got there and took our pictures and as we were leaving we saw our friends Hailey and Casey. I went to church with Jennifer their mom at Lynwood and we have been hanging out again lately. We got another picture taken with the girls so they can look back when they are older and have pictures together. Casey was born one day after Stratton on the 3rd and Hailey will be 3 years old soon. Aren't they SO cute!?Here is the Strattonator with Mr Easter Bunny!

Erik and Mady's Big Decision
If you haven't already heard, Derek's step brother Erik and his wife Mady are expecting a little boy named Trip McLaren Koehler in August. Just last Friday though, we found out that Trip has a condition called Dandy Walker Syndrome. This means that part of his brain has not developed. We aren't sure as to how bad he has the syndrome yet but please keep them all in your prayers. They are going through a very hard time and have to make some very hard decisions. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers so far. Every bit helps.
To The E.R. Again
Last weekend while giving Stratton a bath I noticed that around his lips, his lips, tongue, and arms from the elbow down were slightly blue. This was the 3rd time this has happened. I would wake him up from his name and he would be blue. I was a little freaked so I called my Building Blocks lady and she told me that we need to call Dr Olson immediately and let him know what was going on. So I called and he told us to make yet another trip to the ER. We got there at around 9:30 pm and sat in the waiting room for 4 hours before we were taken back into a room. They drew blood and did an x-ray while we were waiting then decided around 3 that it was finally time to get us in a room. The room they put us in had a small couch and a medical crib for the baby. Well, Derek and I both stayed the night so I had to sleep up in the crib with Stratton while Derek slept on the couch. Needless to say neither one of us got much sleep. The next morning they called for him to get and MRI and an echo cardiogram. They found out that the little man has a hole in his heart between his left and right atrial. This wasn't why he was turning blue though. That one we are still unsure of. He hasn't done it since and hopefully won't. But, so you all know he is doing well and has not had any more blue episodes. More pictures to come soon!
