Day 7 od 30 Day Picture Challenge
Picture of my most prized possession
Not including Stratton (because that's a given)
my most prized possession is my wedding rings.
Day 6 of 30 Day Photo Challenge
Picture of a person you'd love to change places with for a day
I would love to switch places with Kat Von D for one day. She is such a cool person and I would love to see what it feels like to have that many tattoos.
Catching Up
I feel like that's all I've been doing lately. Trying and trying to catch up but always one step behind where I should be. Such is life. I had a great weekend with family and friends this weekend. Friday night Derek, my mom and I took Stratton to go see the Monster Truck Winter Nationals!
He was so excited about the Monster Trucks
All smiles on the way to eat dinner before the Monster Trucks
This was about 5 minuets after we left the house.
My dad gave him a magnifying glass at dinner, he kept looking at his food really close.
Getting ready to see the MONSTER TRUCKS!
That big line was to ride on the back of a monster truck for two laps.
Not worth it.
SO EXCITED!
First Truck. First Jump.
Then a 30 min wait to get the broken down truck taken off the track.
Stratton hid for most of the show because it was so loud.
Towards the end of the show he really started to come out of his shell. They did the arena-cross motor cycles and he really enjoyed watching that. He also enjoyed when the big trucks did the free style because they jumped up in the air really high. They weren't as loud when they did the free style either so that helped. Overall we had an awesome time. I think Derek even enjoyed it.
The next day (Saturday) Stratton and I went with my mom and Dad to the OTA Trivia Night up in St Louis. It was really fun and our table even won the trivia night. Stratton had so much fun running around and getting candy from everyone. We stayed the night with Auntie Pam and got to eat breakfast with her in the morning on Sunday. Here are some pictures from the ride up to St Louis.
This was his attempt to give me two thumbs up.
